BC Hydro

I recently recieved an email from BC Hydro indicating that my covid-19 relief fund application was rejected. I promptly called customer service and rep. Susan answered, she was very kind to me and explained there was a problem with my father's estate account. Apparently the phone call I made last year did not take place according to their records. Of course I disputed it and Susan was very understanding and helpful with submitting the proper paperwork and setting up a account for me as my father's account was now invalid. Throughout the hour long call, she's been nothing but pleasant and professional. Even though we were unable to rectify the relief fund issue, Susan was able to make appropriate notes and relevant paperwork, as this was not done by the previous agent. I just wanted to say thank you again Susan, the world needs more kindness especially now. You are definitely one of those kind souls.
