As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Billy was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. We had worked with another agent previously, so we could really tell that Billy was going above and beyond to do his research. He provided valuable insights, knew if a unit was over- or under-valued and helped us bid accordingly, knew what to look for in-unit in terms of possible issues, and took our needs and preferences into consideration every step of the way. And we wouldn't have ended up in the unit that we did if he hadn't suggested we check it out!

He responds quickly, will answer any question, and patiently repeated himself a few times when we got confused. From the beginning to end of the process, he was so thorough and ensured we were covering every base. We were very impressed.

We had a lot of back and forth with the seller during our purchasing and Billy was tentative , patient in helping us negiotiate and kept the sellers interest in our offer. Billy helped me out a lot on my home purchase. I didn't really know what would be suitable for me. He was very accommodating and provided me lots of information and listings for me to browse. He even adjusted listings when I told him there were certain things I didn't like or specific things that must be included. He made the time and effort in booking viewing at my convenient and provided me a quick rundown of each property prior to entering. He informed me of each property about the surrounding of what could be a downside if moved to that property and would it affect me in the future if living there.

He was very knowledgeable and helped work within my budget in order to make my first home purchase as smooth as possible!
