We just purchased a new 46 x 31 x 24 Carbon Rectangular Paramount Fire Pit and are very pleased with it. It provides great flame and ambiance on our deck area.

Great customer service. Im a new tub owner and they have helped me immensely by answering all my questions abt chemicals and operation of the tub. They have been very patient with someone who is just learning. Im so grateful they are close by. Thank you!!

We had a great experience at Bishops with the purchase of our new patio furniture, fire table and covers! Their prices are competitive and their customer service was amazing! We purchased the Cabana series and live it. We had such great service with. Kari is so friendly and patient and took the time to ensure we were satisfied at every stage of our purchase. Tom, who is also committed to customer satisfaction is managing a great group of people.

The staff there were fantastic, helpful and informative with no pressure to buy from them. Went back after having done our research and got an even better deal.

HOWEVER - the reason I don't give them 5 stars was because the delivery was a nightmare. They set it up and the guy they sent was professional when he came to check it but when they delivered it, he was nuts. Scary and threatening. Now I can't enjoy the tub without thinking of the crazy guy that delivered it and threw a fit on our property, threatening us.

Hopefully the bad memories will go away and I will be left with enjoying the tub.

If you can arrange your own delivery I would highly recommend this company. If not, try somewhere else.
