Friendly, family environment
A very friendly, caring team of instructors. This school places a strong emphasis on the self-defense aspect of jiu-jitsu that's not commonly found in other schools.
There's a strong focus on making sure you're training smart and safe so that you can train for life :)
This is a great place to train every Sunday!
