Very secure and the people are friendly looks like a nice place to call home
Illegal parking regulations. Some tenants have private designated parking stslls in visitor's parking stalls ror commercial vehicles. This is to be low income family project. Government should look into this, it is all a scham the whole ptoject. Dome tenants have b&b, dome sub renting to SFU students, ripping them off and we are all paying for them to have cheap rents. This is terrible.
