I first met with Doug in service to repair my 2018 F150 about some issues. He helped me with utmost respect and was always happy to help. He would always get back to me ASAP if he wasn't available for any reason. And there would a be a knowledgeable explanation about a problem I was facing.

On the same note I was looking into buying a new car the new 2021 F150 and Doug referred me to the sales team, Keith the sales manager called me and later Daryl D called me the next day and because of this phone call I am now a happy client driving the new 2022 F150 truck.

Daryl helped me answer all my questions about the new truck, I asked him close to 100 questions and he would always have an answer. He would call me back or reply to my text ASAP if he wasn't available. Just the whole process was so smooth and I never felt that vibe with any other sales person before. I Highly recommend the team as their customer service and care is the best IMO.

I also want to mention Janette de Villa she was the financial service manager and helped me put together a protection plan for the car at cost price. She was not pushy at all and actually was sincere about the whole process and all the terms and payments.

10/10 for all of them and will definitely refer friends and family to the coastal ford sales and service team.

Sure it's a little more expensive than, say, Canadian Tire. BUT the service is amazing and unparalleled.
