I had to use bailiff services as a last legal resort to evict a stubborn tenant. I was very pleased by this company in general and the professional employee assigned to help me. Gaby as she fondly known was very helpful thorough and knowledgeable.I would happily recommend this company to anybody .

I had the pleasure working with Gaby and her team on a situation my parents had been dealing with. Unfortunately the individual was taking advantage of my parents and the current pandemic, causing much emotional turmoil to my parents. Gaby and her team was able to quickly rectify the situation and provide guidance along the way. I do no wish anyone having to go through what my parents had to deal with for months, but if you do, Gaby and her team is an excellent choice for remediation.

We really enjoyed working with the team at CCE. We had the pleasure of working with Gaby and Rob who were very professional and efficient. After dealing with some really difficult tenants we were so grateful at how quickly they worked with us.We appreciated how well they explained the process to us as this was all very new to my husband and I. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, Sabrina and Tino. My experience was amazing! After trying on my own for several months to serve court documents to a contractor that we were taking legal action against, they were able to get everything done within a matter of 3 days (and that's not even rush service, just regular service). I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The court documents were served so quickly! WHAT A RELIEF... THANK GOD!!! Only thing I had to do was pick up the "certificate of service" form from them and give it to the courts which was nothing much on my part. Their rates were very reasonable too! Their kindness and support alone made them so easy to work with. I am so pleased by my experience. My advice to anyone needing to serve documents or require any other Bailiff services, call them asap!
