We had a great experience with Tony and his team. We hired them to redo our bathroom and help fix up the laundry room area. Tony, Nia and Nicky were very professional, communicated every step of the process and it turned out great.
I would definitely recommend them and hope to do more work with them in the new year.

We used Furtado Contracting to renovate our entire kitchen and main living space and the entire process was top notch! We changed our minds and scope many times along the way and they were able to pivot and accommodate on a whim, without any complaints. Tony and Niky's commitment, attention to detail, quality of work, and customer service are just out of this world. They are so respectful of one's time and space and genuinely very honest people. Tony gives very practical advice with lots of different options and where we can get our bang for buck. He's very careful to understand our budget and our needs prior to diving too deep in. His communication is speedy and clear and always true to his word. There is not a single negative thing I can say about them and we are just LOVING every inch of our new renovation! Even the sub-trades they work with are fantastic.

BONUS: we even finished ahead of schedule during the pandemic! The place was absolutely spotless and move-in ready when they were done - it was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Tony, Niky, and Nia for making this process so smooth and stress-free!

Tony and Nicky rebuilt our deck, which included repairing a serious water ingress issue. They were very professional, creative, consultative and delivered high quality work. We are very happy with our new deck.

We did a renovation with Tony Furtado recently, on the main floor of our split-level home. We chose him because he had done work for two of my husband’s co-workers and they were very satisfied with the results.

We are very happy with our reno. Tony was on time, and on budget. He works very hard and has high standards. He was in contact regularly and has a good relationship with the building inspectors. He is conscientious about keeping the job site clean and ensuring that his trades are doing good work. We would definitely hire him to do work for us in the future.

Tony and his team renovated our 1960s original North Shore home (all new windows, new kitchen & bathrooms, re-finished hardwoods, paint inside & out). The project was completed on time (~6 months) and on our move-in date we felt like we had a brand new house. Tony's attention to detail is excellent and his practical approach helped us to save money where we could, spend it where we needed to and keep the scope in check so that we could finish the project within our financial means. He was very fair with extras and changes and has stood behind all of his work (we have since used him for an exterior/landscaping renovation and a small bathroom addition). Excellent integrity, good quality, practical and fair.
