(March 25, 2018, 6:27 am)Gate of parking lot was closed before it's supposed to be and our cars got stuck in there at 10pm. Called the office, took them a while to figure out where we were but a staff was dispatched right away. 25 minutes later we got our cars back and was able to go home..... be careful if you want to park in the lot at Yew street and W 41st Ave, behind Tim hortons. Apparently a lot of ppl got their cars stuck in the lot and had to come back the next day. I appreciated it that they were able to answer my call right away and send someone to help. But this did not have to happen😓😓
