G3 Genuine Guide Gear Inc

For the past few years I was riding on a decent pair of groomer skis but had a hard time on powder. I picked up a pair of ROAMr 100 skis this season and now I'm hunting down the powder on the slopes. They are really forgiving and super lightweight. I can't wait to try them in the backcountry.

I've read the various bad reviews out there about G3's service on warranty or other issues. However, my experience, especially this year, has been outstanding customer service. Everyone makes mistakes and quality issues arise in all industries, however what really counts is how you deal with it, as that is what customers will remember. Amazing gear and fantastic service.
Needed some hard-to-find binding parts so emailed G3. Was told they were out of stock for the year. Got an email a couple days later that they had found exactly what I needed in the warehouse. Will took special care to help get me set up.
4 starts only because I'm still waiting for a tracking number.
