Fixed the stitching on my Redwing work boots a few months ago and they're still going strong.

I had two pairs of boots that I thought might be throwaways (torn open seams, scuffs, etc) but brought them in just in case they were salvageable. The owner very honestly told me what wasn't worthwhile to do, and how he could save them. He actually patched one pair and sewed them up perfectly, and re-soled the other. They look great, and for the price it was totally worth it. Saved me buying two new pairs of boots for another year or two at least.

This company is excellent. They repaired an old pair of,shoes and so graciously understood my desire to keep them. Nothing like a soft old shoe!

Took a timberland leather boot in for repair. They were able to fix it quickly for a reasonable price. Would go back in the future for any other repairs I might need
