I'll make this review short. The Urban Ryder is a great bike, tons of fun to drive. As a senior the power assist lets me blast around when running errands. Ecofriendly footprint is nice too. My real compliments however go to the customer service that I have received from Green Light Cycle which is similar to what others have mentioned. Best customer service ever. Thanks.

I have my Urban Ryder for over 1y now and I never had any issues. I love it very much. Commuting to work got way faster and fun. Great investment!
The staff here are great! We got to test ride the e-bikes and ended up ordering one. David and his team really covered everything, answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. I’ll post again once we’ve owned the bike for a bit and let you know our thoughts.
Customer service goes above and beyond. Can always be relayed upon for good maintenance. These bikes have opened up whole new world of cycling.
