IMAN KABUL CUISINE

Had the Kabuli plau. It was the most tender lamb we have ever had. Flavor was very natural, not too heavily seasoned so it was perfect for us. Service was also very friendly, and they took the time to answer any questions we had. Will definitely come back to try other things!

Located in the former Donair Girl location on Edmonds, Iman Kabul Cuisine serves up some pretty tasty donairs and middle eastern fare.

I've tried the mixed beef and chicken donair with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and tabouli as well as the saucy chicken donair. Both turned out quite well (you might want to order the large size if you have a hearty appetite).

The special platter is good too. It's hard to tell when you first get it because all of the goodies are hidden underneath the rice (including the pita bread on the very bottom) so you have to mix it all up.

Overall, a cute little shop where you can pick up a quick bite.

Small shop on Edmonds. Highly recommend. Got the kabuli (lamb shank) plau. Really liked the yellow rice with raisins and the meat was tender and delicious. Will be back to try something else!

Small restaurant, but good Afghan food menu. Very good donair - well marinated chicken and fresh veggies wrapped in hot pita. Quick customer service for the takeout lunch. I come again to try other options.
