I was impressed by Mr. Yamanouchi's friendly atmosphere and the easy-to-understand and speedy response. It was really helpful for me to immediately suggest a number of countermeasures for my questions and problems, and even to give me advice related to them even if I didn't ask. The actual work was quick and polite, and he solved all my long-standing problems in no time. Thanks to that, the PC moves smoothly and is comfortable. Thank you! I will use it as a "PC family doctor" next time as well.

I'm 86 years old and apparently use a computer. Because there are only places I don't understand, it was a great help to have Mr. Yamanouchi teach me carefully. Thank you very much.
