I have been seeing Natalie for 1.5 years - pre pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum. Kin lab has helped me so much in strengthening me throughout. They have prevented all possible injuries that pregnancy could have caused thanks to the thorough work done by the kin and follow up by Lilian. I am stronger than I was pre pregnancy! Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Munir at KinLab since October 2022 for a right sided Neck, back and arm injury that I sustained in an accident.
Munir is knowledgeable, patient, kind and respectful. He will help get you back to as best as you can be. He helps you identify the areas that need strengthening and work with you in your own ability by modifying the program that suits you.
I continue to work with Munir as he shows professionalism and most of all continues to stay positive and encouraging.
My life has its own stresses and for me to actively work with Munir helps alleviate some of that stress.
Munir constantly reminds me to stay active and to focus on the programs for me to succeed.
Life gets busy sometimes and it’s good for someone like Munir to give you that push from time to time.
