The experience I have had training with Alissa has been amazing! I’ve tried many different diets and work out plans before that were great at first but then become unsustainable. With Alissa she taught me how to make big impacts on my health in a sustainable way! The workout program she created for me was tailored for my goals and she always took into consideration the injury I was already dealing with!
Alissa is great to work with. She’s very attuned to my limitations from previous back injuries and she’s able to accommodate and modify on the go so I get a great workout within my abilities. Alissa is very detail oriented in her techniques which means injury free training for you and she’s constantly up upgrading her skills to stay current with the research! It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend Alissa as a personal trainer!
The owner Alissa really took the time to understand what I was looking for and didn't try to trick me into buying a package I didn't need. The consultation process was unlike any of the other trainers I've spoken with I had a great experience and her other services in facial stretch therapy really helped me get 100% out of my work outs. I started with Alissa in April 2019 as a beginner to lifting weights. Through the months she identified and worked to improve my mobility restrictions, she taught me proper form so I felt safe to lift with her and on my own, she also taught me about the science behind her programming. I love the fact that she would help me visualize and find right cues to perform exercises correctly. She has a nice system for tracking your weight, nutrition, and fitness progress. She is a great resource for not only training but for nutrition as well. It was a pleasure to get to see her twice a week, as she was always engaged and gave me an uninterrupted workout. I have learned so much and am excited to continue the health-focused lifestyle Alissa helped me build.
I've been training with Alissa for over a year now. She makes working out approachable, fun and attainable. Alissa is extremely patient and considerate. When we first started I had no experience at all with weights and would feel so intimidated and lost when I used to go to the gym. Now, I love training with weights and feel so much more confident at the gym. Alissa has helped me build a routine which I hope to keep for the rest of my life. I never thought I would enjoy the power lifting type training but now it's what I look forward to the most during my workouts! I love all her personalized workout programs. I can confidently say working out is one of the most empowering things for my mental and physical well-being, and I have to thank Alissa for helping me get to where I am!
