As our strata’s maintenance supervisor of our 63 unit complex I’ve had the pleasure to work with Chris Booton and his professional team on many occasions from emergency repairs to full Poly B pipe replacement in several units. Link serviced or upgraded & replaced several furnaces and Link Mechanical was our chosen contractor to install seismic gas valves on each of our 63 gas meters. Over the 14+ work days, I witnessed their team and the great communication skills between them and with each owner.
Their Covid protocols were appreciated by all and we are so happy with the great job they did.
I’ve been impressed with Chris as he educated us on best practices to winterize our hose bibs and thus safeguard against frozen pipes. His fees are reasonable and I do not hesitate in recommending Link Plumbing & Heating

I called Link Plumbing & Heating Ltd. in regards to a hot water tank that stopped working in the middle of a long weekend.
Once I explained issue to Chris and answered a couple of questions, he was out the next day. The hot water tank was replaced and installed the same day.

Link Plumbing is amazing! Our walls started having water damaged. I called Link and spoke with Chris who guided me over the phone to deal with the issue from getting worse. Then, in less than an hour, he was in our office and was able to resolve the issue. Plus, he put brand new piping in the area. In all honesty, I could have gone to any plumber and they probably would have done the job. But Chris, at Link Plumbing, helped me deal with the issue from getting worse right away, came and fixed the issue, and prevented the issue from happening again. I will always use Link Plumbing!
