Lotus Dental - Dr. Basant Abdel Rahman

The dentist was good and took my appointment at the earliest as I was in severe pain. But they kind of messed up with my insurance and at the end I ended up paying much more than I thought (if i knew that I was going to be charged that much, I would not have went for the second or third visit). Though Dr. Basant is very kind and she understood my pain and took my appointment immediately.

Dr. Rahman is one of the most professional, kind, and caring dentists I've come across in the area! Her entire team truly show care with every patient, and it is a bonus that she is multilingual, as she is able to communicate with her patients in their native tongue :) (Arabic) She really took her time with my mother, and was able to create a comfortable space for her, as she typically deals with anxiety when going to the dentist. Email responses are also extremely quick, if you have a particular question for this office. Additionally, prices are very reasonable as well! Definitely would recommend if you're seeking a new dentist, I would give 10 stars if I could :) Big thank you to Dr. Rahman and her team!

The service is awesome !!! Dr. Basant and her assistant are best dentists, I got high quality cleaning and diagnostic of my teeth. They are very pleasant. Also I want to thank consultant , she is doing a big work during the day! In a nutshell, just 5 stars!!!
