Excellent service, and excellent selection of stock. This is the perfect place for a maker to get material. The offcut section is fantastic!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and my order is prepared quickly. There is often someone offering to take my order to my car for me which is a nice gesture.

They carry a wide range of metal for pick up and shipping that would cost a lot to order from online suppliers.
The ordering process and product search could use some improvements. We usually call to order and pick up in person.
They offer basic cutting if needed.
Shipping cost is a bit on the expensive side which is understandable.
