Kensington House

Very close and located to Metrotown and Burnaby neighborhood area and a very convenient place~ Seem have everything from their with a lot of facilities either for shopping to the malls (Crystal Mall, Station Square and Metrotown), banking, dentist, consult doctor, ICBC, bus stations, skytrain stations, groceries, furniture store like the bed & bath store (forgot the actual name of it), shoes store, restaurants, food court, department store, cosmetic stores, clothing store, store for technology and etc, so on so forth (can't list all of lthem, too many) and close to BCIT and SFU (especially for driving a car)~ Even though the apartment is old ( built in 1976) and need to go down for washer and dryer but other than that, everything from the apartment is so good and have the facilities of sauna, swimming pool, storage room, party room / lounge, 24 hours security, and car park (underground and visitors). Need to rent another car park, 20 dollars! The unit of the apartment (80 units) which is good with only 14 floors, but don't seem have the security clerk or person in the lobby! Except there are mail box for letters and a small recycling bin for throwing letters! Of course, every apartments have a place for garbage and organic bin for everyone who live there (public area, ground floor).

Older but nice and conveniently located place.

Older but solid concrete hi-rise. Place is decently managed and maintained. Majority owned with a fraction rented out.
