They have a strong safety culture, and promote health and well being for their employees, inside and outside the workplace. Scott is a union company, and there is a great benefits program. A testament to how great a company Scott is to work for, is how long the employees stay. Several employees have been here anywhere between ten to thirty plus years. If you are lucky enough to get hired by this company you wont want to leave.
