Montecito Towers

I recently came across Metcap living on 4Rent.ca for 7360 Halifax St building, I emailed the property and was very surprised to get a fast response from the Building Manager Joseph. He answered all my questions and was very professional , I will definitely be following up on renting with Metcap at this property. I will also recommend Metcap living to anyone looking for apartments in Burnaby.

Consider the age of the building, the staff has constantly out performed my expectations in keeping up with the maintenance & improvement of the building.

In any buildings you have 2 key factors, the building & the staff who works there. It is refreshing to see the owner’s commitment to continue invest & maintain the building’s standard, unlike some other building’s maintenance approach is to do as little as possible. The office & maintenance staff lead by Wayne are always available, friendly & professional.
