Everyone is very friendly and will give you genuine advice. Everything was explained to us using layman’s terms. I could understand issues with my car. Really good experience with this auto repair shop. We mostly come here for oil changes. Staff are friendly and give accurate wait times. We are a repeat customer and will gladly come here again for an oil change. Very respectful and polite staff that try not to up charge you and give their honest opinion on things that may be wrong with the vehicle.

I called to book my car in for brake service. I called around 3:15 pm and they asked if I could come in right away so they could take a look. They got me in as soon as I got there! The whole service took about an hour, and they even replaced battery with one i bought myself. I will definitely be going back for future services!

I have only had good experiences with North Road Auto. I found them friendly, helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. I used to live right down the road and used their services for oil changes, maintenance and repairs on my car. I live far away now but if I still lived in Burnaby I would still be going here often! Highly recommend.
