Love coming here for hotpot! Best value with meal, drink and dessert. Service is always quick, food hot and delicious. Love the add-on options on the menu. My last visit, the wait was about 20 mins or so without a reservation so be prepared to wait especially during dinner rush. There was only one server working the whole restaurant. It was shocking and I definitely felt for her. She did an amazing job. The rush finally died down around 8, 815.
Happy hours 10% off smaller portions, regular price with big bowls to fill up your stomach or to share. Soup base tastes good not much MSG!
Friendly efficient service!
Chronically understaffed so service is curt and efficient. Food is always great and plentiful, and goes great with their dipping sauce mix. Tremendous value for what you get. Love their fruit tea! I usually order the chicken hotpot and cook it at 175°F for optimum tenderness (turn the control dial counterclockwise to set a specific temperature).
Reservations recommended. QR code and ID required.
YOU CANNOT CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE YOURSELF. This was one thing I absolutely did not enjoy. Any time you want to turn your stove up or down you MUST call an employee to do it. There are some booths on the left but the main seating is in a U shape. I didn’t enjoy the physical atmosphere, I’m not sure if it was the dark walls or the restaurant just didn’t feel as comfortable for me. The price for everything is great. And all combos come with a drink and either udon, vermicelli or rice. The seafood and meat pot is a super good deal and there’s so much seafood that comes with it. I split my seafood with my boyfriend. We ordered the satay soup base and I did not enjoy it as much as I hoped to
Great place for Taiwanese-style individual hotpot.
Been going here for the past 10 years. Quality is consistent, service is quick and attentive and you can't beat their prices. I especially like their spicy dipping sauce, which they will be happy to refill.
I find the portion just right - not too little, not too much. Since discovered this place, I rarely go to those big shared hotpot any more.
This place gets filled up fast so make reservation ahead of time or come early to avoid peak hours.
