Pup Culture Dog Daycare

I'll start off by saying I've never used this place for their daycare, only grooming.
That being said, we've had a few disappointing experiences with Pup Culture unfortunately.
We've taken our dog here for 3 grooming, and for 2 of those 3 groomings, the owner forgot to write down our appointment in their book. The first time we had to go back home, and weren't able to get rescheduled until a few days later. This last time they said they were able to fit us in, however, we didn't get our dog back until 5.5 hours later.. Our dog is very anxious if he's away from home as he's a nervous rescue, so if I knew it would've taken all afternoon, I would've rescheduled. I understand mistakes happen, but it's unfortunate when it's happened with 2/3 of our visits.
We also asked for the haircut to leave his hair longer, as the weather has gotten colder recently. I presume because the groomer didn't see him until ~3-4 hours after we dropped him off, they forgot our request, because he had a full short haircut when we picked him up.
The haircuts are always good quality, and the people there are really friendly, so I do appreciate their service. I just wish they had a better bookkeeping / organizational system so things like this don't keep happening.

We have been taking our golden retriever “Peaches” to pup culture since June 2022 for the following services:

- Full Time day care for June 2022 and September 2022. Amazing experience.

- part- time and half day care for July 2022 August 2022 and October 2022. Very satisfied with the care provided.

- Grooming. Times are limited- best to book in advance and have a separate day to have it done.

- overnight boarding care October 13 - October 15. She was never left alone 🙂🐶

Helen, her husband and the staff of girls here are kind, experienced and just good hearted dog lovers. Our dog absolutely perks up each morning to go and is excited each and every single time we drop her off. When we pick her up she is so happy and tired.

We have noticed a 100% difference with this daycare! Our dog is socialized and not afraid of other dogs any more. The team separates the dogs by sizes so we don’t worry if she’s safe. We check instagram for daily photos and movies. She gets all of her energy out during the day as we both work full time. The biggest things is that we have peace of mind that she is properly cared for by attentive professionals and is having fun.

They all know her by name and treat us like members of their family. They offer more than just daycare and have given us lots of advice.

We still can’t believe they only charge $35 per day for care (7 am - 7 pm). We highly recommend.

My dog Oli is the happiest dog when he is there. There is no need to have him in daycare, he can be with me in my office or just hanging out with me the whole day. I choose to take him there because all the staff there is amazing and his fury friends are there.
They play, socialize, learn etc. He is there only a few days a week because I want to spend time and play with him too.
Pup Culture is a great place. I’m sure many people agree but maybe don’t have the time to come and give a review, but I do!! So.. 5 stars for sure.

Pup Culture is a wonderful doggy daycare!! I really enjoy taking my pup to a place where everyone knows his name. They keep on top of their instagram which is a great way to see how your pup is doing during their stay. Helene and her team are caring and friendly and I highly recommend them!!

My dog Cooper has been going to Pup Culture for approximately 6 weeks and he absolutely loves it. Helen and her staff are beyond welcoming, friendly and they treat the dogs so well. Cooper is such a happy dog when I pick him up.
