Qualita, ( Carlos and Gahida ), recently completed a full bathroom renovation in our existing condo. We were looking for a local family run small business contractor and got that. They did a fabulous job and communication was good. Carlos' workmanship and attention to detail were fantastic. Gahida was great at co-ordinating the transformation and giving us ideas and pointing us in the right direction for suppliers of products used. We would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend Qualita to anyone.

Carlos, Gahida and their team are amazing to work with!!!! They remodeled two of our bathrooms and helped us through every stage including design. Carlos, Gahida and Tirssa fully renovated our 1950’s house in Vancouver, and it was such a pleasure working with them!

They took out a wall, renovated our kitchen and bathroom, redid our fireplace, and painted and updates trims throughout the house.

I chose Qualita because of all the companies I got quotes from, I felt they were the only company who truly listened to what I was asking for, and gave me a realistic quote based on that.

Gahida and Tirssa guided me through the process of picking kitchen counters, cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, paint, and so much more, and I felt like I could trust them to recommend high quality products and provide options to me based on my budget.

Carlos has incredible attention to detail, and was so respectful of us while we were living in the basement of the house being renovated. He did an amazing job of the renovation, and any subcontractors he hired and brought into the house were equally respectful and produced high quality work.

At the end of the project, they came back a few times afterwards to check for touch ups, and made sure we were happy with the final product.

Anyone who visits our home is so impressed by the quality of the work and compliments the renovation.

I will happily work with Qualita again for any future home renovation projects!

Had an old walk-in custom shower which had what I thought was a minor leak that needed repair. After quoting several bathroom renovation contractors decided to hire Qualita as they had clear concise communication from start and provided a very detailed quotation. Qualita quoted a slightly longer completion date vs other contractors but made it evident that they don’t cut corners and do things the right way in the right order. Upon start Qualita ensured the rest of my home was protected well during the entire bathroom renovation. It was quickly evident to me that they take great care and pride in their work from day 1. Upon demolition it turned out my bathroom leak was much worse than anticipated and Qualita quickly reviewed the extent of damage during this demolition phase of work and the recommendations they had to fix things right. Overall because of the extensive unexpected leak damage the job took longer but everything was done carefully and bathroom was repaired correctly. Overall for any bathroom project or renovation I would hands down recommend Qualita and would use them again in any future bathroom projects I have. Lastly throughout the project they took all Covid precautions and provided daily updates on progress. 10/10.

Professionalism is something I often find lacking in this type of trade but Gahida and Carlos are passionate about their work and their professionalism set them apart from other companies.
