I went in this morning to the salon as a walk in and they took me in. They were fast, professional and kind. I didn't realize that I probably should have made an appointment, but they were so nice about it. Will definitely be back and with an appointment next time. Ritu's is a fantastic salon. I go regularly for eyebrows, and sometimes leg and arm waxes. Ritu is great, and her staff are professional, friendly, really quick, and the the rates are very reasonable. I live on the North Shore and this is pretty much the closest place that threads eyebrows well. I love this gem in a great little neighborhood.

First time customer, i just happened to walk by and thought i would see if they could give me a trim without an appt. -was lucky and they could take me right away. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the cut i got from a young women called Ra ha ,?? not sure thats how you spell it but she gave me a nice layered cut and i will be back for sure ,,,
