(May 8, 2021, 10:19 pm)I lived at 5250 East Hastings Street for ~3 years and the building was run by Carmen (I won't put the last name for confidentiality reasons). This place SPOILED me for other buildings! Carmen was courteous, efficient, kind, and honestly cared about my well being in the building. I was so nervous about moving out west, but Carmen made the transition so much easier, she even helped me choose the best spot in the building that she thought was right for me (she was SO right). Honestly if you move into the building, you'll never get someone who cares so much and helps as much as Carmen does. Amacon, whatever you are paying her, it's NOT enough, because a building is only as good as its managers, and Carmen is hands-down the BEST BUILDING MANAGER I've ever met!!
