She helped alleviate my lower back pain that I had from biking by really focusing on the muscle categories that were impacting my lower back, utilizing the right pressure while massaging, as well as recommending me some great exercises. I believe she works on Sundays and Tuesdays. If you want to heal your body pain, book Emily as she is fantastic!!!
