Simas was recommended by a contractor who had done some previous work for us. We had them replace and enlarge an old, heaving driveway with pavers, add a small patio, and build new borders around our flower beds, as well as fill the remainder of the yard with grub resistant lawn with They started and completed as scheduled, even as we made changes part way through. And they did excellent work.

Ed was punctual, efficient and he did a great job.
I tried to help a little but he is a one man job.
Within 2 hours the lawn had new soil, seeded and fertilized.
