This space was perfect for celebrating our sons first birthday. The layout is very well thought out with a modern aesthetic. There was plenty of room to set up a kids activity, seating for guests and tables to set up food and decoration. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and venue! To top it off, Frank was very accommodating and the communication was seamless. Highly recommend!

Great collaborative workspace for self employed, business owners. Everything is brand new : with charming trendy leasehold improvements and interior design. Lots of room. Clean. The boardroom is a good meeting space. The owner is accommodating. Excellent place to hold meetings.

We rented this venue for a New Year’s Eve event/dinner for about 40 people. There was more than enough space. The venue is clean, bright and modern, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, sink, and microwave that we used to warm up and prepare our food which worked out perfectly. It was also easy for guests to find parking.

We celebrated our son’s first birthday here with friends and family and it was the perfect space. Very modern with wood beams, exposed brick and red piping-so many comments on how cool and perfect it was. The owner was very easy to work with as well. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a new modern space for an event.
