(December 19, 2019, 11:21 pm)Actually my name is Ted Martindale. I have owned a coffee house/bistro in Quesnel called Granville's Coffee for 27 years. We decided to go with La Marzocco equipment 3 years ago. We have a Strada and a Linea. Anyway we have dealt with Yavor at Stealth for purchases and service. This guy is a true wizard. We had an issue with our water which did a lot of damage to the Strada. Yavor rebuilt the machine from the frame up and it is like a new machine out of the box. This company is not huge by any stretch but don't judge them by the size of the shop. Great products and service.
