Brian Hong at Sutton Select Property Management & Realty is a thorough professional. He helped us rent out our unit. All we did was make sure we kept the unit clean and tidy before the viewings. Brian advertised the place, arranged the viewings, gave us plenty of time to prepare, did the reference checks for potential tenants and finally, got the rental contract signed.

Since this is the beginning of our professional relationship with Brian (and SSPMR), I am reserving 1 of the 5 stars in the review for future. At the end of this tenancy term, if I am truly satisfied with their management service, I will add another star and edit my review accordingly.

But, for the services so far, a big thank you Brian!

We were looking for a new place to live and Brian helped us out tremendously. From our very first interaction you could tell that he really cared. He’s thorough and a hard worker. He’s the type of person to not only care for tenants and keep their best interest in mind, but also works hard for the client and his company so that everyone is happy. In the end we didn’t take the place since we got an offer from our first choice, but his professionalism and friendly demeanour was definitely a consideration when we were deciding on the rental. He impressed me so much that I decided to write this review. I’d recommend him to any of my friends or family members.
