My partner and I had the best experience at this store, thanks to the great customer service provided by Ivan!

We were looking for new phones and even though we had done a lot of research at home, we were not sure on our final choices. Ivan took the time to figure out our needs and share his experience with the phones we were considering, making us feel more secure in our decision. I was a Freedom customer at the moment, but happily changed to Telus to join my partner’s family plan and get my new phone, thanks to Ivan :)
