We went here to pick up a package for my husband, it's quite a drive to go to and doesn't really look transportation friendly with very limited bus options.
I wish they move to a better location or at least re-attempt to deliver the package - not just leaving a tag.
Ordered a Christmas gift that was coming in from Asia about 2-3 weeks before Christmas. The company used a company named 4PX to ship it out and the delivery was to be completed by UniUni once in Canada. Their tracking system was confusing and their system/website did not seem to provide the same information I had on the tracking app I used. Their phone agents followed a script only and did not seem to be keenly aware of what actually happens or what options are available for getting packages earlier than the standard delivery times.
Once I saw the package scanned to their warehouse in Burnaby, I went in-person to the address on the tracking system, but the girl (Cathy) indicated the package was actually at another location. She was initially unable to provide me with an option to just pick it up, but I was persistent, so she kindly provided me the address of their actual distribution warehouse (2km away). I was skeptical that they'd be able to help, but I really wanted to resolve it on the same day, so I went to the address she gave me. I was helped by an employee named Emma who took the tracking number and went to see what she could do. She kindly said they'd be able to retrieve the package for me, but needed 10 minutes. It only ended up being 5 mins and Emma handed me the package.
Overall, their phone agents were extremely frustrating to talk to, as they sounded unaware and uninterested in helping you resolve the issue. Their actual employees working at the offices/warehouses is what helped this company gain the extra stars in my review. If I had relied on my interaction with their phone agents only, this would've been a very very different review. Thank you Cathy and most of all, Emma, for caring and actually willing to help! Given how inconsistent their tracking systems were, I had to deduct the 1 star.
