Vital Body Weight Loss Centre

I am in vital body weight loss program since April 6th 2020. I was very skeptical while joining the weight loss program. I was weighing 100.2 kg I had health issues such as chronic headaches, high blood pressure. Initial one week was really tough adjusting to new diet plan. But gradually everything changed, every week I lost around 4 to 6 pounds. Which motivated me to continue the program without any deviation.

All credits to Isabelle, who is a wonderful coach. She always motivates me to do better. She is really quick in responding to my never-ending queries. Her diet tips and wonderful recipes helped me continue the diet without any deviations.

I am really happy and feeling health after 2.5 months being in phase 1. Already lost 17kg’s. Now I weigh 83Kg’s. No more headaches, my blood pressure is now 120 over 80, Before weight loss it was 142 over 90. I highly recommend this program if you want to lose weigh in a healthy manner without much difficulties.

Incredible team and support! 65 pounds vanished, finally back to my high school weight and loving every minute of it. As someone who had tried everything to manage my weight in the past I discovered that the thoughtful coaching and Vital Body approach was in fact the KEY to pulling it off. I am forever grateful and cannot recommend this crew and this journey enough.

Zan and the team have made losing 130 lbs as easy as paint-by-numbers! Seriously! It took me 12 months to lose the weight and now I have a brand new body! I tried to do many diets and programs over the last 30 years. I was 350 lbs when I started in May 2019 and Completed in May 2020 at 220 lbs! The thing I love most about the program is how the emphasis is on KEEPING the weight off! I will meet with my coach each week over the next 12 months to make sure I have a solid foundation to keep the weight off!

Simple great easy program . I have lost 35lbs and have maintained for over 1 year . Coach Beverly has been awesome and Em helpful tips pay off ( really the whole team has been great) . They help changed the way I look at food and I try to be more mindful when choosing what I eat

The real difference at Vital Body though are the people that work there and the support they provide to their clients. The one thing that keeps me going is the coaching. The coaches are fantastic and are knowledgeable, supportive, and gentle. I find the coaching to be the most important piece of the journey. The new virtual program is the best! Zan is so supportive while also keeping me accountable. I know my goals are within reach with Vital Body as my partner!
