I don't write very many reviews, but thought this one was needed. Originally was shopping for an entry level grinder at WOC approx. 8 years ago and came across Brian Wilson from Werkmaster. Spent a couple of hours chatting with him that resulted in our first purchase of a Raptor series. This worked well for us as we were just starting our coatings business. Next purchase was the Titan propane version and WOW, what a big improvement.
We have now been enquiring about a second Titan (3rd Purchase) and needed to order some additional tooling for our current Titan. Incredible service provided by Frank & David and i guess UPS too. My order for tooling was only confirmed by mid afternoon on Sept 23. I arrived to my office in Winnipeg Sept 24 at 7am to find the UPS driver waiting for me with my tooling.
Service is so important and Werkmaster has nailed it. They probably just secured the sale of our second Titan Propane.

I have a raptor i have been very happy with and have been some great results. The whole team at head office pulls together to help when i need them. Thanks. Its a snap to get supplies in ontario as well because as you can imagine - when you need them you really need them.
