537 Foster is a great place to rent! The building is very new and clean and comes with great views all around including Burnaby mountain. Roy is a fantastic landlord and has been very helpful . Building also comes with a great gym and bike storage.

My grandfather lives in 537 Foster Ave and every time I come to visit him it's a great experience! I can't help but notice how clean the building is kept and how friendly the tenants are; everyone seems so nice! I am happy my grandfather is living in such a pleasant and quiet building. :-)

Lovely location and amazing units - I rented a two bedroom apartment in the summer after moving from AB. The tour was informative and Roy answered all my questions with no issues. Property is well kept and feels safe. Rent is reasonable as well. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here!

I've visited 537 Foster many times to visit friends living here, and I've always been impressed. The building is beautifully kept and the apartments are spacious and modern. Roy does a great job keeping the place organized and running smoothly. I'm hoping to soon move in myself - its a great location, modern building, and super fair cost - what's not to love?

I moved here a little over a year ago. When I viewed my unit the first time I was impressed with the building and amenities, it had everything I was looking for. The building manager Roy is exceptional, super responsive and personable. The building and landscaping is well maintained. More than anything the people here are great, and I've gotten to know many of my neighbors and their dogs. Everything is close by, and if you love the outdoors there are some great parks and hikes nearby. Overall this is a great location, beautiful building and a wonderful community.
