Personable service. Cremation is done in Canada (unlike Amherst). Ashes were hand delivered. Would recommend.
I am truly pleased with the services provided by Preston and his team. First of all he was up front with what services would be provided and the costs. The were no extras or upselling of any sort. Most importantly, Preston made the whole process extremely smooth, and I felt he takes a genuine interest in helping, treating us with compassion, and the departed with dignity.
