Aurora Plasma Design

We love these plasma globes, so cool and an amazing work of art, very highly recommended!

I was given a Emerald Fury JR as a gift from my son for my 51st birthday because I had been looking at the site and wanted to get one of the large globes, promethean fire, but was hesitant to spend so much money.
I was so excited when it came and I love the effects. Its display is much like you see on the website. After a couple days I was cleaning it and discovered a small bubble in the glass. I worried about this. Was it safe? Would the gas escape over time? Is there a danger it would explode? So I called support and spoke with Jerry the owner and builder. As soon as i stated my issue he became Hostile and very rude. He stated 99% have inclusions including his larger globes. He also stated he would not sell me a large globe anyway as I would just complain. Yes, he actually said that to me. I was utterly shocked. Things go wrong with every product but a measure of a company is how they handle it when it does. Jerry may build nice globes but he is no businessman and would do his company well to never get on the phone with a customer. I kept my current globe as he lead me to believe what i got back would be worse. Jerry and his hostile attitude to my simple safety inquiry have killed all desire to ever do business with this company who obviously doesn't even want the business of anyone calling with an issue. Bottom line, Your globe will have inclusions...And you better not call about it.

Have been the proud owner of a Genesis 3 for several years. It's still the conversation peice of our living room with several hundred hours of operation. We are considering adding an Emerald Fury or Phoenix Rising to our collection of coils and globes.

We ordered a large globe for an unusual family Christmas surprise. The globe was very well constructed and incredible to view with the lights dimmed. It exceeds any museum display I have seen and the family was suitably awed. I highly recommend this company for high quality plasma globes.
