First Anna helped us to sell our old apartment. We did a bit of renovations before putting it on the market and Anna helped a lot by telling what would increase the equity of the property the most, what buyers are looking for and what is not really important and we shouldn't spent our money on.

Later we were shopping for a townhouse, I had a long list of requirement for the property, Anna was very patient with us, we did a lot of viewings together. It took us 6 month to find what we were looking for, and incidentally it happened when Anna was on vacation in Mexico celebrating her birthday. She spent 2 hours on the phone with us (from Mexico) and the other agent, sorted everything out and helped us get that townhouse!

Anna helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was extraordinarily patient with us as we toured different areas and decided what kind of property we wanted to buy. She never applied any pressure or made us feel like she just wanted to get a sale. My wife and I both felt that she genuinely cared about us finding the right home. Being first time buyers, we weren't very knowledgeable about the home buying process but Anna was exceptionally helpful. She was always available by phone/text to answer our questions about the home buying process. Having many connections, she was able to recommend us a contractor to do our renovations, which we are very happy with.

In sum, Anna is an incredible real estate agent who really cares about her clients. We always felt that we were receiving well informed advice as we made one of the biggest decisions of our lives.
