Klopp Construction Ltd

This review is long overdue as I hired Rick and his company Klopp Construction to completely renovate our lower level of our split level house.

This work including enclosing our carport to create a new bedroom and family room, dropping our sewer lines all the way to city connection in order to accommodate a bathroom reno, a complete rebuild of our decks, new concrete slabs and foundations and much much more all the way to final inspection.

Klopp construction was and is very professional , and above all Rick will give you his honest opinion as to possible issues that he might encounter and to plan for. Because of his decades of experience in home renovations he is able to successfully predict potential problems areas so you arent surprised with additional cost overruns.

When it came to the city inspections there wasnt a single inspection problem, i even overheard a conversation where they praised Klopp construction for their work in adhering local building standards.

While Klopp Construction i give a high 5 out of 5 stars, at the time of our renovation i did have a couple issues i needed fixed that his subtrades created primarily cosmetic matters , all of which Rick had rectified without any pushback.

I would highly recommend Klopp Construction for any renovation from small to large without hesitation.

Rick is doing our Reno at the moment. On time, on budget. absolutely fantastic! Makes great judgement calls and is able to rally the trades so well. Can not wait to get back home to an amazing Reno!

Awesome service. Extremely knowledgeable. Did a great job on our addition and taking out a wall when we redid our kitchen.
