Ron does excellent work, at a very good price. I've had him do work on my house over the last 4 years.
Roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, vinyl siding wash and pressure washing.

The team at Spartan did a fantastic job cleaning the moss off our roof. They were professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs there services.

2nd time around using Ron and Spartan. We were more than thrilled the first time which was four years ago, and had Ron back a few weeks ago. Ron is prompt, friendly, and does an amazing job cleaning. We had gutters done in and out, they are scrubbed not pressure washed and he does an excellent job. Overall we are so thrilled with the services, and many of our neighbours have used Ron as well. I have used Spartan property pros for the last 3 years on multiple occasions. Ron did a great job scrubbing down my vinal siding and cleaning my windows. My house looks new again! Very professional and great communication through out the entire process.
