(September 11, 2020, 9:48 pm)We started at the very bottom behind the Coquitlam Grill and I highly suggest that if you have children you don't park in this lot as you are required to cross 4 lanes of very busy traffic to get to the climb.
Other than that we had a BLAST!! -

(September 4, 2020, 4:07 am)First time I've been here, I've gone there twice now. You can go either all the way to the top or just do the stairs in an oval fashion, going up and down. Do your own pace, go fast go slow small steps big steps... It's safe and it's actually fun and you get a solid workout. It is currently Covid friendly too. 10/10

(June 25, 2020, 2:04 pm)Looped around 5 times up on the East Trail and back down on the West Trail. Took us about an hour and ten minutes at a non-stop easygoing pace. Enjoyed the exercise while catching up with friend and taking in the gorgeous views and nature.
I’d recommend bringing a water bottle and a cap when it gets sunny as there are no shades on the Crunch. You can fill up some water by the new washrooms on Lansdowne Dr.
