Johanne changed my life. Hands down the best pelvic specialist I have ever been to. I have struggled with immense pain in my pelvic and groin region for 10+ years. I have seen multiple physiotherapists, chiropractors, urologists, orthopedic surgeons and neurologists. Each gave me their own opinion and possible solutions. Not one of these specialists could figure out or provide me with a permanent solution, although my orthopedic surgeon insisted I had a minor Inguinal Hernia . Some were able to temporarily alleviate the pain via medication, nerve blocks and even surgery. I wish I met her before having my Open Inguinal Hernia Repair as this only made the problem worse, due to even more extensive muscle and nerve damage. Since visiting Johanne my quality of life has significantly increased. I still have pain, although it is nothing compared to how much pain I experienced prior to seeing Johanne. I am able to manage my pain via multiple techniques. Some of these include posture, nerve glides and muscle rehabilitation. Thank you so much Johanne.
