(November 30, 2022, 7:27 am)After going through terrible life experiences, I have had a number of counselling sessions with Lotus therapy and I find my counsellor to be extremely compassionate and understanding. These sessions made me regain my confidence and gave me a positive outlook on life. I greatly recommend Lotus Therapy for anybody who is looking for a safe space to explore and resolve their inner issues and become the best version of themselves.

(November 28, 2020, 11:38 pm)I have seen many counsellors thru EFAP but I think no one has been able to create awareness and educate me like Nilou has! She is compassionate, empathetic, kind and caring and really takes the time to listen and has a way of connecting and even challenging me to explore different therapies which have really opened my eyes and given me so many insights. She is an amazing human being and her rates are so reasonable especially when I have also paid other counsellors much more but didn't really have that much of an impact on me till I was blessed to find a counsellor like Nilou. God bless you always!
