James is very friendly and easy going. He does the work well and takes care of the stuff well! We find him to be very trustable.

We hired Lucullan Properties to assess our home after a ceiling leakage occurred. I can't say enough about this company - Eric arrived on time, was very professional, and spent his time diligently assessing the potential issue. I haven't seen a contractor use infrared cameras before to discover issues. Still, it was very cool to visually see which areas are affected (see attached photos).
Throughout the way, he explained the details of what he was doing, his assessments, and his interpretation of where the issue may be. Our leak was a peculiar one where it was not plumbing-related and did not occur again, so finding the source was a little more complicated. Eventually, we did find the cause, and Eric helped provide us a 20-page document on his assessment to send to our insurance and strata.
He was very respectful of our space and home contents, making sure to cover up the flooring to prevent damages, as well as our furniture, etc. He then came to help us patch up our ceiling and worked diligently to make sure that not only was it to our satisfaction, but to his as well - for reference, I thought I was a type A 'perfectionist' personality, but Eric was even more so. This was an excellent quality to see for someone helping us with our home. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and his team for any home issues!
