Although I arrived almost half an hour late, I was met with complete understanding and acceptance. Mandy, is above and beyond. in her personality, mannerism and professionalism. We ended up covering everything needed in 30 minutes without a feeling of being rushed or pushed. She is very down to earth, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I went to Mandy because I was lost and confused. I wanted to know more of why I was losing so much hair. I tried a bunch of different kinds of shampoo/conditioner and oil treatments, that I found online but it didn’t feel like it did much. Mandy really takes the time to listen to you and consider your individual situation before explaining your possible diagnosis. She will help you understand how this relates to her examination of your hair and scalp, and information you provided her about your hair history. She not only took the time to answer any questions or concerns that I had, but she also provided detailed recommendations for treating my hair fall/loss, and emailed a summary of everything we discussed. I feel like I finally see the path forward and am much more optimistic about recovering from my likely TE. I also feel very relieved knowing that there are other options that can be explored later on down the road if need be.

The bottom line is that Mandy genuinely cares about her clients and understands how distressing any amount of hair fall/loss can be for people. She also takes into account your unique hair history and considers so many different factors when providing feedback to you. Mandy is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I cannot thank her enough for helping me feel less helpless and giving me the tools and information necessary to start doing something about my hair fall.
