There should be more time given for access to the space that is being PAID for.
Perhaps 6:30 am to 9:00 pm would be more fair.

(December 19, 2020, 5:54 pm)This is good facility and the staff are friendly and helpful. They always try their best to offer their help. When the door of my rental unit did not able to open smoothly, the staff just arranged the tech guy to fix it within 3 hours. Great job.

They have provided us good service and the rental rate is affordable. I will definitely use this storage again. I highly recommend this storage facility and this location. Value for money, convenient and clean.
