My experience with the NexGen clinic has been nothing short of excellent. They really care about your issues and work diligently to help you. Julia has been absolutely amazing. She was happy to patiently try everything she could to help my situation. Nothing was too much trouble. If there ever was a textbook case for great customer service then this is it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are true professional at their craft.

I was suffering from hearing loss for a number of years, my friends and family was finally able to convince me to search out for a solution.
I discovered Veterans Affairs would cover the costs of hearing aids for me as my hearing loss started from firearms training without adequate
hearing protection. While waiting for an approval from V.A. I tried several different hearing aids clinics, and found NexGen Hearing in Coquitlam to be far superior to all the rest. Lindsey & Claire's product knowledge and customer service is second to none.
The exceptional service did not end once the sale was completed, I have dropped by without an appointment and was greeted cheerfully and served promptly.

I went to see Lindsey at NexGen for my first visit in October. She was great! All my questions were answered completely in easy terms that I understood. She went step by step through the process of setting up my hearing aides to suit my hearing needs. I followed up with another couple of appointments, tweaking my hearing aids, learning to care for them etc.
I had all the symptoms of poor hearing. My husband mumbled all the time, couldn't disinguished accents on TV and was often left out in loud settings like restaurants as I couldn't hear clearly the person sitting beside me.
Since I got my hearing aids things are so much better and I have my confidence back again. My husband still dies mumbled, I think he needs hearing aids too.

I was super happy with Lindsey and her staff - what excellent service! Getting a hearing aid was a bit emotional for me, given my young age, but she helped me through the entire process. Her approach was genuine and friendly, and it was obvious she was very knowlegable.
